Eastern Young Athletics League (EYAL)

The Eastern Young Athletes League (EYAL) is a vibrant Track & Field league for boys and girls in the U14, U16, and U18 age groups. Twenty‑one clubs compete across four fixtures each year, following a round‑robin format that ensures every club has strong competitive opportunities. At the end of the season, the top six teams qualify for the EYAL Final, while clubs placed 7–12 contest the Plate Final.

The league offers a wide range of events under UKA rules, including:

  • Track events: 100m to 1500m and hurdles

East Anglian League (EAL)

The East Anglian League (EAL) is open to athletes from age 10 through to Seniors, with each age group competing in its own mini‑league.

Sunday fixtures run from 11:45am to around 5:30pm, featuring nine age groups, including U11 development events and full scoring categories from U13 to Senior level.

Clubs can enter the permitted number of scoring athletes in each event, and non‑scoring athletes are welcomed in most events, giving newcomers the chance to record official performances and allowing experienced athletes to take on additional disciplines.
